Partners In Parenting Form

The fee for Partners In Parenting is $50 for one person and $25 for each additional adult participating family member (please indicated names of family members in the appropriate section of the form below). Payment is due within 10 days of your class assignment. You may pay with cash, credit card, check or money order.

Childcare is not available. The class is 4 hours in length. Weekday and evening classes meet for 2 hour sessions for 2 weeks. The Saturday class is usually one 4-hour block.

Space is limited in the Partners In Parenting classes. Participants are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please sign up for your class within 48 hours of receiving your court notice. We will attempt to schedule your class prior to your court-requested completion date, but cannot make any guarantees.

Once your information is received, you will be notified within 3 business days of the class dates which have been reserved for you. If you cannot attend any of these classes, you must notify United Family Services within 3 calendar days. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee.
